Naval farm houses

Today i visited naval farm houses. The access is very bad and prices are moving slowly. Is there any chance that the road to naval farms can be better or link with bahria enclave. Otherwise inside scheme is not bad but access makes is worse. Are any other good options to buy farm houses.

For 20 kanal 3.5 crore upwards to 4.5 crores for 5 kanal 1.2 to 1.35 crore

MPCHS orchards farmhouse scheme is a much better option if you consider quality of access and size of the society. There is even a huge piece of land reserved for future university and it is very likely that mpchs will talk to goverment or huge pvt educational group like Punjab group of colleges for development of university and other schools inside the premises. Even now if they give possession next year as promised people can send their kids to excellent schools in wah Cantt which is 7-8 Km away from orchards.

What are the prices there in MPCHS Orchards ?

Farmhouse plot prices depend on location. Availability is only in open market and phase one plots with allotted numbers are in the range of 7 to 9 million depending on location.

Very Rite Pk1, i was also thinking to give him this idea, MPCHS Multi Orchards farm houses are very attractive location, access and development wise. No Doubt in that, I think Multi is still booking plots for 5 kanal in 65 lac and 10 kanal in 110. You should check it with MPCHS, plus, they are arranging an AGM on Multi Orchards site on 17-11-2013, so i advise you to pls visit the site yourself as well, you will get a better idea, it is better than naval farm houses plus Gulberg farm houses and Bahria farm houses,

I will also go with Pk1 and Nasir.

MPCHS farm houses would be the best for the following reasons:

  1. They are away from the main city, which a farm house should be.
  2. Yet the approach is one of the best, that is, through motorway.
  3. It is not a typical farm house scheme, but it will have regular housing, all civic facilities (electricity, water, gas), as well as a commercial center.

Once the development gives shape in terms of roads, etc. Then prices are going to jump. My own assessment is that it will almost double by next July.

Access through simly dam rd is a put off. It will take years and prices will move very slowly

Yes, the project of Multi near Wahcant is good one. It will take some time to be livable. Although good for investment.
