Hi friends, is it worth buying a 10 marla house in dha ph-viii (ex-parkview or air avenue). We prefer living in cantt. Askari x is not an option as we already have two houses there. Thanks in advance for your help. I look forward to hearing your valuable comments.

The very location of DHA Phase 8 is the reason why this Phase sounds so promising to the investors. I also wish to sell my 1-Kanal house in Phase 1 and buy a good one in Phase 8. In my opinion, you should go for it.
