Need Advise On Property Buying

Hello everyone,

I'm going to buy 8 Marla plot in military accounts housing society college road Lahore (near PGECHS phase 2). Can anyone please highlight issues in this society. As below is what i found on internet.

Second option is to buy 5 Marla in sunfort gardens Lahore ( near air avenue) .

Can anyone please provide details about these societies and issues over there, and which one is best for home construction ?

How can you base your decision on a You Tube video. Give a visit to the place and try to figure out the reality by yourself.
