I have a plot in nespak phase 3 lahore and i was thinking about selling it because i intend to start construction of my home in dha rahbar phase 1 this year. Is it the right time to sell the plot or should i wait for a couple of months. Because i'm not in a rush since the offers that i have been receiving for the plot range grom 7mil to 7.2mil
