Dear experts,
Assalam o alaikum,
I had invested in new city phase-ii (wah cantt) almost 6, 7 years ago, my all payments have been done since last 3 years,
But the housing society has put my case in suspended and now demanding ridiculous amount as per current
Market rate to give me allotment. It seems after success of the project they are so arrogant and not really bothered
On the money invested by people in early day.
Is there any suggestion how to deal with such situation?
