I need your advice to invest in property in Lahore, where to buy and a comparison in installment package (preferable) or to buy by paying full, my budget in this case is Pkr 3 million.

In this budget he can get a 5 marla file worth 20 lacs in DHA... Rest what are the options in main DHA...please sepicify.???.

I agree. NFC-2(1 Kanal) and Suigasphase-2(1 Kanal) are also better investments... Especially the latter... As its dvelopment work is almost done and possession is expected.. 10 marla in Fazaia is also gettable in this budget.
