V. Very good news for Top City/Mumtaz City. Senate committee recommended to open Access thru M-1. Top city-1 case is now become more stronger if Govt. I think all the friends contributing here have plots in TC/MC. Is there anybody from PECHS??
I bought in block M of PECHS last year. So has anobody visited the site?I think all three (pechs/mc/tc) are in the same line.
As no body is discussing PECHS, is it such a bad investment?

pechs is not a bad investment. Yes there is a coparatively more bang for the buck with Topcity. Infact any real estate in that area will be seeing a boost, IA.
The only reason for topcity is that the plots are cheaper as compared to other societies in vicinity. But if topcity prices go up, the the effect will be in every society in that area.
now at this time, I believe the right investment is on the one whose development plan and development standards are both good. That societ in the long run will be outstanding.
Also to me the biggest concern is the CAA. If CAA has no onligation then anything cheaper in that area is the best investment provided that the company is not a fraud.
Allah knows the best.
Wajahat pechs is not a bad investment, it went. Three months back and also first week of december, i found major difference and it seems work is in progress. I do have investement in M block as well. I will send you pictures if you want it. I think all three societies will get benifit if the link road is constructed from KH. InshaAllah we all will get good return

Seems PECHS members are just sleeping investors or they are enough tired in correspondence on the subject. I have plot in K Block and is developed site now but always interested to know the progress of the area around.
I know nothing about the link roads to New Airport members of TC/MC are discussing. Allah knows better where we stand now as PECHS member but affirmed Insha Allah our investment will give us a good return.
