Now only one doubt is left and that is the restriction of societies near to the airport( the 4/5 KM radius) and giving access to these societies.
Keeping the current security situation it must be a consideration and on the table of authorities.
Can any body updates rates in TC/MC and different blocks and sizes and risk involve. Top city/JKCHS should also speed up the development
I think route will not pass in the way TC wants due to security reasons, Dedicated route and TC may be some link road. TC, some proposed area blocks(F,G,H etc) may be acquired by government, not sure.
Overall good and solid development for zone-ii.
Nasir, I don't think any investor should jump in Top City at this stage. Risk is still there.
Today's news item in The News clearly states that Access will not be all open like a non-fences road piercing through Top City.
It will be fenced road towards airport and there will be a service road across the fence in Top City. An interchange or motorway sort will be made to have access for adjoining areas. PM also asked to build alternate routes for airport.

Leave top city. Go for ministry of commerce employees society . It’s surrounding is more beautiful and not fall in 5 km area. Better than top city and PECH’S. 1 kana rate is only 14 lac. It’s has double motorway access. 1 from awt and 1 from fateh jhang.

New Islamabad International Airport is going to be linked with Kashmir Highway via TopCity-1 for which 130 kanal land has been given by TopCity-1 free of cost to NHA.Therefore please shed away shaks from yor mind and dont try to “create” doubts :).
I think the commercial at topcity will get the biggest boost.
Are there any commercial plots availble?

Prices of TopCity-1 increasing daily. 10 marla in F block touched 13- 14 lac. Real boom will come, when the tender of NHA will be published in newspaper for " construction of route to new airport via TopCity-1"
Yes prices in topcity have shown some improvement. I talk to few dealers today and estimate is that price has increased by Rs 1 lakh in past 3 days for 10 marla all over the project. I still have not seen anything in black & white about access to tc/mc. Any brother have any confirmed info? Thx.
