Hamid sab tender for route to new islamabad airport will be asked in next 2 weeks. By that time prices are likely to increase by 3-4 lac in each plot.

ZG correct your information, prices of TopCity-1 have increased by 3-4 lac in last 5 days.

Today market prices are approx 3-4 lac increase in both sizes plot after route confirmation

INSHA ALLAH rates of TopCity-1 are already increasing and will further increase. According to my point of view the rates will have a considerate jump in these stages:

1. Stage 1 .Once the NHA will ask tender for the construction of route to New International Islamabad AIrport via KH /TopCity.

2.stage 2 When possession will be given for construction in TopCity.

1. Stage 3. When the commercial and 5 marla plots will be announced by ToCity-1.

2. Stage 4. When the new airport will be inaugurated.

At each stage by the will of ALLAH prices are likely to increase by 3-8 lac.

But to some extent you are right taht now there are no doubts left that airport is going to be linked via Kashmir highway and TopCity-1. Cheers.

Instead of asking Tender for Kashmir highway, PM asked for construction of Khayaban-Margalla (KM) on top priority as Pre-qualification and design work asked immediately ( F-5 to Batkahu murree road). Lets see what goes on in priority either KH, KM, or both.

Therefore,some cautious thinking still needed before just running with rumors.

Dr Ali, prices of Mumtaz will also increase Insha ALLAH. However, since the prices of TopCity-1 are less as compared to Mumtaz, THEREFORE, for investment, TopCity-1 is preferred and people are buying there.
