An other good news coming for TopCity-1 :)
NHA is going to ask the tender for construction of link road to airport via kashmir highway and TopCity-1.
Prices of TopCity-1 are going to have another jump very soon
so cheers :)
Still PECHS is selling new plots I dont know how many plots do they have, prices are stagnant!!
If they want the prices to go up PECHS admin has to cut off the supply, so that demand increases!!

Construction of Main Link Road from junction of Kashmir Highway and N-5 to NIIA (Main Link Road, 15 Km, 6 Lane Carriageway, full length access restricted)
Construction of Road from Thalian on M-2 to NIIA (Link Road, 4.6 Km, 4 Lane Carriageway & periphery road around airport, full length access restricted)
As per NHA website and link posted above, the meeting was held on 6th Feb 2015 and Minutes posted on 10th Feb 2015
Hassan, could you please tell us that out these links, which link is passing through TopCity-1?
To my mind the main link will be passing through TopCity-1 IA according to the NHA minutes of the meeting " route will start from junction of Kashmir Highway and N-5 ( GT road), which is the route which links KH with new airport intersecting motorway and passing through TopCity-1, see the map.
It is the reality for which people were waiting for. Great news for TopCity-1. Cheers.
I have not seen any document which provides the layout plan in the Minutes. Rest all are wishes that it should pass through all societies and all socieities on the way should have access. I myself would love to see that.
But all still wishes.
In my view the things will become clear over time.
Access restricted on full length
To me in plain English it means there will be no exits enroute so no access to any society
However what finally happens we have to wait and see
I am overseas and my knowledge is limited to the document
The same can also be interpreted as a road having fencing on both sides but with a possibility of exits
As wishful thinking, we keep all options as positive and wish that all societies will get access
Access restricted means that there will be fence on both sides but since toll plazas are also included, we hope that there will be access to Top City.
Existing Kashmir highway also have restricted access from G-15 to Toll plazas.
I can be wrong.

if this is the final plan then per this the route will not be through A or B block of Topcity. It clearly says 6 lanes road from golra moore area to Thalian. Thus the entrance would be south of where F block is. Or you can say G or H block area of Topcity.
Restricted means that till it hit Topcity from golra, it will have no exit or so.
initially I had this understanding that they will use the same kashmir highway and entrance will be through block A or B of topcity. But this says its not going to be the case!
Now if this route is put to work then pechs, mumtaz city and other area might not be of that attraction. If I am saying anything wrong about routing then please correct me.
In my opinion, still the TC,MC, PECHS and may be the upcoming Graceland society will get access via the periphery road around the airport

what is the status of NOC for your land? Still pending ? Or rejected?
Whoever has comparatively lower prices, will be the winner.
if Ch. Shahids area gets noc and is cheaper then I recommend that.
mumtaz city and all would have attracted investors if the routing was from block A or B of topcity. But the latest minutes show something else.
