Whats the 5 Marla price for mumtaz and top? and without possession or completed?
@Sayeein. I am also a buyer of this idea that since Top City is cheapest in the area, it will have highest rise when airport becomes operational. This was the reason a lot of my friends bought the plots after discussion with me.
I have seen Dynast Associate owners a lot of time in G-11 Markaz as one of my friend has Office in adjacent plaza. I had very bad impression of them. Hummer jeeps and gold chains. But probably all property people have such personality. But I can't digest, how they will reduce their own profit and give benefit to investors. But my thinking can be wrong though name of Top City sounds very unprofessional.
By the way, I had a few plots around Lahore airport. I bought on installments in 2002. Installments completed in 2006. Bought for 7 lakhs and now it's price is 35.

I think the biggest of all societies is PECHS, How is the development process going on, how reputable is the developer??
I bought a 5 marla plot last year and they said that a handful of plots are remaining, but as I see in classified websites they are still selling 5 marla for 14lacs.
Who is gonna purchase it from investors if there is an endless supply from the developer

@ Malik sb; NFCEHS Phase-2 is located approximately 35-KM away from Lahore airport. It is located at Multan Road even much outside of Lahore.
Yes. The area was in lime light when airport started. Everyone started giving importance to it and many societies started development.
Like after start of New Islamabad airport, G-15 will also benefit. Even B-17 also advertise about new airport.
NFCEHS prices were increased due to Bahria. So you are right in pointing out that price raise was not direct effect of airport but some other factors.
By now it is an established fact that TOPCITY is the best place to invest near new airport. NHA meeting was held on 10 Feburary, in which it has been decided that main link to the airport will be built via KH and TOPCITY on fast track.
So all those who want to get benefit in short time, its time to invest in TOPCITY. And best place is 10 marla F block.

the plan they have listed was already known. Had they routed through blick A or B, a change might had been felt.

topcity is a place to invest coz of lower prices. Kh and all dont have siginificant effect. If the routing was done through A and b, it would have affected mumtaz, pechs and top.. But with this routing (what I see in latest minutes) , topcity only gets an edge.
it might help university town only if they get access. Else no.
