Junction of M1/M2, On Main Approach Road & NIIA jaisa mega project; kis kay moah mein pani nahi aey ga. U people knew nothing how much blackmailing these societies have faced particularly last 2 yrs. Any how, by the grace of Allah, dark days r over now. PC-1 of main road thru Top/Mumtaz approved by NHA & it will be sent to ECNEC via CDWPI think within 15 days it will be ok,IA. Rest, Tender with Docs may be uploaded in few days & u vl see Work within 40 days IA. Agar aap ki investment yahan nahio hey tu Jealous na hoan

How you see the future of PECHS. Are they will be affected due to routes in discussions...I will appreciate if anyone could elaborate...I am sure all the societies like TC, MC & other those already have had permission from NHA, CAA, CDA will be continued. It may take little time due to the involvement of our politicians but they cannot roll back any society from their locations It won’t be easier for them.......
Cheers and thank GOD for such good location with out any other facility. Before investment i consulted some wise people they were upto heels for what a bad experience they have and last six month i have seem myslf nothing happening . They not given possession in any area, strong fears of relocation of different blocks, owner is irresponsible about commitments, interested in new launches for garbing more and more money (18 lac for 5 Marla without any planning and showing location). Instead of ignoring and agitation; some people want to drag in some more innocent people just because of its location. (location ko chatna he jab reh nahi sakte).
I think myself and other, stay away till final layout of road is not released and construction work is not started out there. Else one may trap for 2-3 years
PECHS is a big dilemma , no one can say for sure as of now if it will get access from infront of the new airport…if it does…it will be the best society…if not…it will sink alot of money
I am PECHS member and hope for the best. If Allah S.W.T has to reward us for long patience Insha Allah will come to our way, if is not in our benefit then Allah will reward us in a different way. Trust in Allah.
PECHS have altogether different case and no issue of entrance and route because its next to Fatahjang road and have double access. Even if they could not get access from main route they could get it via motorway and Fatehjang rd.
PECHS and MC have much better perception than others.
Some promotors blindly supporting one area as i mentioned in last post. This form is not for publicity of selected areas but for balance and rational analysis
What abt ministry of commerce ?
I think TC and MC are best options but i agree with Nasir sab that 18Lakh 5Marla is very expensive so stay away because other blocks 10Marla 12 to 17 lakh+5lakh development charges then how 5Marla in 18lakh?TC should show good development and give possession at least first two blocks.

Airport enclave is being sold at 15 lacs for 5 marla. And airport enclave is far from airport. By july the same 5 marla at airport enclave will be for 16 lacs, IA.
now if I compare airport enclave against topcity then topcity is still cheaper.
