i think your analysis is regarding recent past property performance in zone-II and nearby societies and zone-V. You are 100% right, societies in zone-V have better performed and delivered as per commitments and people who invested have many times greater return then zone II. But past performance is never indicative of future, if societies do good in zone-II and plus airport, zone-II and surrounding may rock now onward. Some of Zone-II pockets have performed well but as a whole this area is still in hand of greedy, lazy and corrupt societies managements

Agree with Nasir bahi that mostly zone2 societies management are greedy,lazy and corrupt.

Best projects of zone2 situation is front of us because there is no competition between good brands that's why no development progress.

No doubt good time is coming for zone2 and in near future best for investment.Allah knows best.

Construction work on new islamabad airport resumed after 1 year with fast pace.

Prime minister nawaz sharif is expected to visit new airport in this month.

Road network from thallian and airport periphery road has been awarded to habib construction services. Construction work is going to start very soon as the land acquisition for thallian link is in final stage.

Not applied to CAA yet.

CAA is in process of shifting its head quarters from karachi to new isb airport . So abhe apply kernay ka koi fiada ni. I can better handle it here in isb once shifting will be completed.

Alhamdolilah! Tender date extended for only 10 days & may be final. 2ndly the estimated total cost is now Rs. 8.7Billions instead of 11.3 billions which was estimated in first tender. This decrease is because Road Network thru Top City-1 has been designed now. Govt.'s seriousness is depicted in extension of tender upto 18th May. Also Bidding docs r available & soon these will uploaded which will tell that TOPCITY-1 Will be the Main beneficiary inshaAllah

Hi dears particularly experts! kindly guide if pechs will benefit from the recent NHA tenders for new islamabad airport link road. Tender drawing show that the said road will touch “airport avenue” road built inside the new airport and not go to parking area directly. Can any body have latest information? if drawing remain the same as it is now, how will K & M blocks of pechs be linked to the Kashmir Highway???

Yes.PECHS is not getting access from this road. However, in near future PECHS may be linked thru this road

So far nha chairman has refused to give access to topcity and mumtaz city. The land which was offered to nha free of cost for access purpose was rejected by nha chairman.

Work on airport road network is expected to begin at the end of this month. Pc-1 for airport road network will be discussed in coming friday & monday.

And chances are that fwo will get kashmir highway package for construction.

Ch. Shahid bhai ur info is 100% correct. Yes FWO case is v. Strong. NHA Chairman delayed this project d2 pressure from Shujaat Azeem. Access is no issue. Once road construction is started, they will get access. Top/Mumtaz r trying for interchange. All this is Stick & Carrot game. 2day top city management raised Development charges. 2 lac on 10 marla

Shahid bhai! this not a new one. Kunwar Moeez ho ya other housing soc. Expt thoray sey sab esi tarha lafantarian kartey hein. But Bhai yeh bhi tu deykhein es ney aur zameen purchase ki hey. Aap kia samjhtey hein yeh I-16 wala route esey hi free mein cancel ho gia hey?Top city ney development bhi jari rakhi, zameen bhi purchase ki aur Route bhi ok kara lia hey. Although Mumtaz City role is more in this getting this route approved
