Main road link road approved by ECNEC and NHA that will pass in between TOPCITY and MUMTAZ CITY that will go straight to New Airport will be constructed by HABIB CONSTRUCTION SERVICES (Pvt) Ltd. As far road access is concer I leave this question to reader. If a road pass in between two societies. Will those societies not get access? Pakistan main ya kahan hoota hay.?

Thanks Arshad sb for the reply. Is it because G13/14 are CDA sectors and G15/16 will not get access in the future ?

I'm only guessing here because TC and MC are also non-CDA sectors so access may or may not be granted due to affiliation with CDA?

Margin of profit here in Pindi/Islamabad is lower than the other parts of the country. I purchased a plot of 1 Kanal at the price of Rs.180,000 in 1984 and Alhamdolillah sold it today at the price of Rs.6,500,000.

while Other Plot of 2 Kanal was purchased at the price of 12,500 per Marla and now offer is Rs.400,000 per Marla and I am not selling it.

While prices of my plots in Pindi /ISB are still cruising.

Is it not strange.?

@Asad Malik. The answer to the question of access is not automatic and is in fact quite a tricky issue, that is why I am also trying to get to the bottom of this. Kashmir Highway till GT Road chowk is not fence lined, so even Merabadi in G-12 also has direct access. But from that chowk onward, it becomes fence lined resulting in controlled access.

Housing Societies in G-15 and G-16 on the one side and CDA sectors I-14, 15 and 16 on the other have been located beside this road for 20 years. Still they don't have access. In fact according to informed sources G-16 had an access approved to this road 5 years ago but even then they don't have access! So you see this decision depends entirely on the master plan developed by the concerned department and might not necessarily be based on plain intuition or a rule of the thumb. What we now need is to get our hands on the master plan. Without that, everything else is merely a conjecture.

Thanks Wajeeh for the detail reply. It is very frustrating to see that even though G-16 access was approved 5 years ago, it is still in limbo. If the authorities continue the fence till the airport then what will happen? At this time we will have to wait another 1 year to see the outcome.

If G sectors and I sectors have been operating for 20 years with out Kashmir access highway then why cant TC and MC make their own private access ?

Asad sb I agree, we have to wait for some tangible evidence to know what the bosses at CDA, NHA etc. Are thinking. So far, the most credible documents which are available in public domain are only the road drawings for KH which were provided by NHA in its tender documents. Also, G & I sectors being interconnected have an access to GT Road.

Nasir Sahib u r 100% right Govt. Will provide access to every society including DHA, Bharia, GT Rd and nearby areas. But till date not a single PC-1 is on table. So it will take 5 to 10 years to complete the project of the roads. Same is the case with ring road. Khadamain Alla does not have time and money for Rawalpindi as he is busy in Lahore to strengthen his constituencies and to ensure they never loose in heart of Punjab. If the project of ring road is brought to the table then it needs 5 to 10 years more. As per Pakistani way of carrying of projects.

Sir for ur knowledge in 2003 DHA was a morgah village and where Baharia Phase 1 launched was jungles/barren wild fox and owls eternal residence area. There was a town called Jeddah town in the vicinity which was total flop. Main problem in our NATION is there is BHAIR CHALL. Suddenly, first ever DHA of Pindi Islamabad was launched and that was the charm that attract people toward Zone 5, Baharia and other societies. In pindi/islamabad there are few commercial activities that provide jobs. Blue Area, I sector industrial area Cantonment board and present airport. One of u argued in the past how can an airport attract commercial activity. If u open GOOGLE EARTH most of the commercial activity and residential related activities is in the 5 K.M radius of the present airport. So people also prefer living near the airport u like it or not pindi airport is the proof.

Same will happen in 5 K.M radius of new Islamabad airport, ten million people every year in its first phase will travel to the airport (wikipedia.org), it means 27000 passengers per day. Other than passenger pilots, engineer, FIA personnel, taxis, buses, banks and all related activity will shift toward zone 2. Being a new airport, a significant portion of the land has been earmarked for commercial purposes such as duty-free shops, hotel and convention centre, air malls, business centre, food courts, leisure and recreational facilities.( wikipedia.org). All these facilities will not be build by government it will be private sector investment. So there will be lots of activities that is why Malik Riaz Sahib ran away to Sindh and left low IQ buddy and donkey to support Baharia.

Asghar very good case of Nokia u presented but because of lack of knowledge u quoted it in wrong place. In 90s Nokia was in many businesses like paper, electricity, rubber galoshes, Telecom. But as the telecom boom emerged they left all and jumped into telecom. OK fine that benefited them till there was no reliable competitor. But they did not change as per time. After 2005 Samrtphone enter the market but NOKIA keep on manufacturing simple mobiles. By the time they realized they have to concentrate on Smartphone the telecom market was lost.

Same is the case with DHA and Baharia in Pindi/Islamabad. They are concentrating only on Zone 5 with all low IQ buddy and donkey. When BHAIR CHAAL is shifted to Zone 2 because of new airport even for two years. It will be all over for DHA and Baharia.

YOU WILL ALL BE AMAZED TO SEE PEOPLE LIVING AROUND NEW AIRPORT. THAT’S WHAT THE REALITY IS.

Dear Amir bhai i just want to say that you do not need to give so much of justifications of a society. If TC is really worth it then it will show the results. You should concentrate on your govt. Job rather than justifying how good TC is.

Yes Nokia wali baat ka jawab aap ne khud de dia. IF there is no development and other necessities of life then TC ka bhi nakia wala haal ho ga. TC should learn from this example rather then relying on the smartphone technology (Link Road)

How are you making such claims? koi evidence ya argument hai?
