Sir June 2017 tuk ya DHA, BAHARIA AND ZONE 5 doob jayain ga. The highest rate u seen in these societies will not reach again and those who will trap will be trapped for life. I am specifically talking about pindi/Islamabad only.

Nasir Sahib u r 100% right Govt. Will provide access to every society including DHA, Bharia, GT Rd and nearby areas. But till date not a single PC-1 is on table. So it will take 5 to 10 years to complete the project of the roads. Same is the case with ring road. Khadamain Alla does not have time and money for Rawalpindi as he is busy in Lahore to strengthen his constituencies and to ensure they never loose in heart of Punjab. If the project of ring road is brought to the table then it needs 5 to 10 years more. As per Pakistani way of carrying of projects.

Sir for ur knowledge in 2003 DHA was a morgah village and where Baharia Phase 1 launched was jungles/barren wild fox and owls eternal residence area. There was a town called Jeddah town in the vicinity which was total flop. Main problem in our NATION is there is BHAIR CHALL. Suddenly, first ever DHA of Pindi Islamabad was launched and that was the charm that attract people toward Zone 5, Baharia and other societies. In pindi/islamabad there are few commercial activities that provide jobs. Blue Area, I sector industrial area Cantonment board and present airport. One of u argued in the past how can an airport attract commercial activity. If u open GOOGLE EARTH most of the commercial activity and residential related activities is in the 5 K.M radius of the present airport. So people also prefer living near the airport u like it or not pindi airport is the proof.

Same will happen in 5 K.M radius of new Islamabad airport, ten million people every year in its first phase will travel to the airport (wikipedia.org), it means 27000 passengers per day. Other than passenger pilots, engineer, FIA personnel, taxis, buses, banks and all related activity will shift toward zone 2. Being a new airport, a significant portion of the land has been earmarked for commercial purposes such as duty-free shops, hotel and convention centre, air malls, business centre, food courts, leisure and recreational facilities.( wikipedia.org). All these facilities will not be build by government it will be private sector investment. So there will be lots of activities that is why Malik Riaz Sahib ran away to Sindh and left low IQ buddy and donkey to support Baharia.
Asghar very good case of Nokia u presented but because of lack of knowledge u quoted it in wrong place. In 90s Nokia was in many businesses like paper, electricity, rubber galoshes, Telecom. But as the telecom boom emerged they left all and jumped into telecom. OK fine that benefited them till there was no reliable competitor. But they did not change as per time. After 2005 Samrtphone enter the market but NOKIA keep on manufacturing simple mobiles. By the time they realized they have to concentrate on Smartphone the telecom market was lost.
Same is the case with DHA and Baharia in Pindi/Islamabad. They are concentrating only on Zone 5 with all low IQ buddy and donkey. When BHAIR CHAAL is shifted to Zone 2 because of new airport even for two years. It will be all over for DHA and Baharia.
