Zone 02 will get more attentions and investments ones the Airport get functional. Will the societies around airport will do better than BT and DHA? I doubt it. Why? Because of quality of work. But again I am talking about for living. As we know housing in DHA and BT comes with higher price tags. Whereas TC. MC, PECHS and PAF tarnol were low cost investments. So, In case we are looking on rate of return. It wont be bad.
In the long run societies only do well ones their residents get into management. Until than its stressful to watch how your hard earned money is spent.
Lets build houses and encourage people to move there, Construct a house and rent it.
Holding 05 to 10 plots and waiting for society to develope into a good society might not be the right approach.

Does anybody ever witness that SECTOR D AND E of DHA phase 1 is built on NAALA. I questioned LT. GENERAL JAVED IQBAL and he had no answer. Because what happen before him is not his fault but he was critical about DHA Baharia nexuses. He tried to break this nexuses. He was successful till his tenure but after that everything is back to Zero. He was the reason Malik Riaz ran to Karachi. But alas things are back again.

If u invested in wrong blocks of TOPCITY then it is non of OUR fault it is ur lack of analysis. As I invested in D BLOCK ONLY OF TOPCITY IN JUNE 2015 AFTER CAREFUL ANALYSIS. So Allah ka Shukkar hay till date my entry is fruitful. E,F, G,H were cheaper than D block at the time I invested but even then I selected Block D only.
If u invested in TOPCITY on higher rate then again lack of analysis and wrong entry. Sir I entered 9 month ago and getting 5 lakh on each plot till date. ALLHUMDULLILAH.
If u keep on hitting management. THEN I AM ASKING FOR LAST MANY DAYS WHOSE MANAGEMENT IS FAHRISHTA?

DHA Takes Over Bahria Garden City in DHA Phase 3 Islamabad DHA Phase 3 Islamabad has been officially inaugurated by the president of DHA Islamabad – Rawalpindi on Thursday, 10th March 2016. The project was considered to be the cheapest and long term investment option in DHA Islamabad, however DHA revised its plan after taking over the garden city project of bahria town. This event came as a surprise as the master plan which was given out by DHA for its phase 3 included Bahria Garden City (Serene City), older blocks of DHA Phase 3 and surrounding areas. The image below shows the inauguration notice and a revised master plan. After this news broke out in the market, people started purchasing residential and commercial plots especially in Garden City as well as in older blocks of DHA Phase 3. Since garden city zone 5 to 9 is already quite developed, immense purchasing activity has started silently by smart investors. The news of DHA taking over bahria garden city came last year when an MOU was signed between the two giants but later no progress was seen. There were news that DHA had cancelled this agreement & garden city was no longer being merged into DHA. However it came as a surprise to most of the property investors when DHA officially inaugurated its DHA Phase 3 and released its masterplan which included zone 5 to 9 of Garden City. Property prices in both Bahria Garden City as well as in DHA Phase 3 had been very low for past couple of years, however prices have started going up due to sudden increase in sale purchase activity here,so it is expected that prices will improve further within a couple of days. This is also high time for short term investors to grab some plots here, especially in Garden City as this is the best part of DHA phase 3. Those who had been holding their plots in dha phase 3 or in garden city should now hold their plots to get maximum return within short time. There are speculations in the market that prices will grow up to a certain limit, then it will be just like any other investment option available in that area with slow and steady rise since volume of investment has been very low over the past couple of months especially in bahria town which has stagnated the property market. Development plan of DHA Phase 3 is not available right now, however more announcements & plot launches may be expected in near future especially in the newly merged land in the masterplan surrounding old blocks of DHA phase 3.
