@Usman Ali: What an investigative story... I wasted my time reading it dude... Is there even a single evidence you have presented ? Where are new 5 marla blocks ? People are willing to buy but Top City is not up for sales. I almost pay a visit every month to see the development. The trading price is going up because of more demand. I care less about stories like yours and have seen on ground development myself. Talk with evidence and be a responsible one in your approach.

Second yes i have created this page yesterday and its was first post. If 7 people like it then what's bad in this.

Last topcity launch there 5 Marla from 5 lack Down-payment and still you can buy it in-between 3.5 to 4.5 lacks.

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) was informed on Thursday that construction of the new Islamabad international airport would be completed by December 25 this year and flight operations would be started by July 30, 2017.

It means the airport will be operational in 2018, this is my guess… The rest time will tell…

Mr Khan,

Logically this government will inaugurate it at any cost before its end of term. As NS is nowadays playing PROJECT PROJECT.

Trial of the airport will start at Dec 2016. Which will take six month. I am sure the airport will be functional by Dec 2017.

So buy on rumors sell on news. As I said before Earning range in this area is from Jan 2015 till July 2017.

Pressure is mounting. The new toll plazas are near to complete and after that their is chance of inauguration of link road. As Shiekh Rashid said there are no link roads. My intuition is NS will inaugurate any one of the link in coming months.

Stock market mein ye hota hey key people buy equities on a rumor. In other words they speculate...and when they buy on their speculation the price rises. Theek.

now when the speculation turns out to be true tgey cash it out..in other words, they sell.

ab in topcity's case..we all know that the govt will make the airport operational before elections IA (2018) to show a mega project gotten completed. As a result we all speculated and bought in topcity. Now the prices ares up.

Now if it does become operational then people would sell. Coz the news is out.

this buy and rumor does not fit the model of pakistan property very well. It does have an effect but not a significant one.

Ye example eik immature ney ghalet jagah istamal ki. Isko property key model ki samjh hi nahi.

I mentioned earlier that deadline for Completion of Infrastructure (Terminal building) is Dec. 25th 2016. Above present DG CAA is very very active now. Tension level at NIIA is v. High. He posted out at least 4 officers on poor performance. Yes tomorrow PAC is very fruitful & ive for Top City-1. In reply to a Q by Sh. O yes bhool hi giya... Kaam abhi tak esliay start nahi hoa keh NHA wait kar rahi PM office sey Final approval abt Interchange ki. I mentioned earlier NHA has dropped Service Road idea beyond M1/M2 upto NIIA. NHA suggested to save money bcos acc. To NHA, from M1/M2 only Top City/Mumtaz City fall & both societies r ready to build Interchange at their Cost bt under NHA supervision. So NHA has saved huge Cost of Service Road +Interchange for Top City-1/Mumtaz City (to be build by both). InshaAllah, hoping May will be the Last. Mian sb. Panama Leaks ki shaamat e A'amaal ki zad mein hein. Very soon Work will start, IA.
