Good investment or not because still they are selling plot from last five years.
If u want to invest u can also search Sui Gas phase because there to much chance for increase the rates after very short time.
Have you visited the society personally recently? If there is no development then obviously investing in it is useless. If they are developing then sure go ahead with buying a plot. Buying and selling of plots is a part of the routine. If anyone can give the exact development update, that could helpful.
