in simple words, please stay away from this project, dealers and investors are building hype of it but if you see the ground reality than you will realize that there are so many issues and court cases that will cause long delays.

Please check on google maps, as to what is actual situation on ground. It is highly populated area.

G-12 is more than 70% constructed abadi.
F-12 may be around 40-50% occupied
