Recently, rda approved new building by-laws and zoning regulations. People will now be allowed to build 10-storey buildings, but there is another concerning issue.
As per new regulations, buildings not meeting the required by-laws can get regularised but after paying heavy fines. What i am concerned about is on what basis the approval would come or safety of people can be compromised for revenue generation?
