I heard that NFC Phase 1 delivered a reliable project in past and their Phase 2 is also a solid fraud free project similar to DHA, BT etc.
This is close to Bahria Town Lahore and e.g. 1 Kanal in BT is around 1 crore and NFC 2 is around 35 lac, also there are rumors that BT may take way from NFC 2 which can be positive in future.
Does this make a good location NFC 2 plot worth while? Please share any pro or cons.
Brother; without going into details just think about one point, if this project is soo good then why one kanal price is even lesser than 35-lacs even this project was launched many years ago. Its not new boss. Its far away from lahore, not developed, only 4-main roads are ready. Its only plus point that it is close to bahria town otberwise its nothing on its own. It can be good if you invest for next 7-8 years
Agree with Irfan, big fishes using the name of Bahria to promote this project.
In this budget Sui gas phase-2(also near to bahria) is much better option for 2-3 years

These all 2s(state life2,sui gas2 and NFC2) are flop projects.
