Non-Citizen Property Rights?

I am an afghan/us citizen interested in purchasing property in pakistan. Are there any restriction? Where i can obtain more information?

Dear Brother,

You need to have Pakistani citizenship to buy property in Pakistan.Even Pakistani people having citizenship of other countries can't buy property unless they have Overseas Pakistanis NIC.

Brother,

you cannot purchase property unless you are a citizen of Pakistan. However, you can rent a house but after meeting certain criteria.

I am not citizen but i have POC (Pakistani origin card). Its written if you have POC then you can own property in Pk and can do business

I have NICOP but you are right @Apple that with POC you can buy/sell property in Pakistan.
