I need information on non-construction penalty charges for dha lahore in regards to commercial plots in phase 6.
I need to know is there any grace time for starting construction given by dha after transfer and clearance of all dues by previous owner?
What about monthly/annual non-construction penalty?
Secondly, i have heard any person who starts construction has 2 years to complete it. What if it takes him more than 2 years? Is non-construction penalty be charged and with what formula?
