I would like to know how would new taxes implemented by gov’t will effect the sale of open file properties
No significant effect,as open files don’t require transfer of owner-ship;they are just like open certificates.So,you don’t have to pay CVT+Stamp duty etc on these.

What about newly imposed capital gain tax?
Gain tax is applicable on 4 million plus value transactions.
Tax is not applicable unless the plot is transferred to someone's name..
