No. G-13 is much better than I-14, but you will not be able to buy a 4 marla plot in 4 million. I would not recommend I-14, why don't you invest in Top City and DHA valley.
Don’t go for I-14.
I think even DHA valley is also not an option even for mid-term E-16/17 (35X70) plus Topcity two plots can be bought in this budgets if you have more budget go far BE 10 marla of any sector except the developed one. Only time will tell the importance of BE. People will say the popular saying "we had money even to buy three-four plots in BE but we thought who would come in this jungle and now we cannot even think buy one plot here
