Salam, guys I heard about commercial shops and apartments on installment in Bahria orchard the name of orchard heights. Which will be developed by the private company and they will launched this month.
I need suggestion about that is good for investment?
On Instalment? .....Wow thats something worth it. And bro in my opinion, investment in such a project will prove fruitful InshaALLAH, but the fact that the project will be developed by some private developer gives me doubts.

Dear , this project bahria Orchard is really wonder full. I had also invested some amount in it about a year ago , This amount is now multiplied with 3 i.e ABC*3. I agree with Zain that its a very good option on Installments as far as Private Developer is concerned it really depends on the Credibility of the developer . A senior person from Bahria Office told me that bahria would allow the construction to a very reputed developer and that too after a good financial gurantee.
I think it will be wise to invest some amount in this project…But do not put all your eggs in one basket…
Guess what i was offered an appartment in Bahria Town on Talwar chowk the plaza is called Metro Heights for 8000Rs per square feet on 15th or 16th of Ramadan, the appartment totally had 550Square feets, and now the price has boomed to 15000Rs per square feet and i missed that oppurtunity.
