I own property in Karachi and would like to sell it. Unfortunately, I am not in possession of paperwork of ownership. Is there somewhere I can obtain the original documents?

- You would be required to file a Police report as in the case of lost NIC or Passport for the lost due to any suitable reason (shifting of house, theft/robbery, etc)
- You will then have to consult your Housing Authority office and put up an application for the same, which will take time and after verification you will be provided with a duplicate copy Officially.
Un-official ways cannot and should not be discussed on this forum.

If its a private housing scheme, then after filing a lost report with area Police station, the process may not take as long.

You do realize that had your house been a car with missing papers, people would have thought it was stolen? You need not waste time and file a report for missing papers.
