Hi,
I have a budget of rs. 4 - 4.5 million but i am confused whether i should buy a 15 marlas in paec society lahore or not. It is rumoured that the electricity conflict is to be resolved and that the possessions will be handed over within a year.
I like the location of the society and that the development is complete and one could easily utilize the civic facilities of the nearby sukh chayn or bahria town.
Please guide me if i should follow up with this.
