Pak citizen, Sell House, Take money abroad

Salams all,

I am a retired Pakistani citizen living here and now want to sell my house here in Pakistan, to move abroad and live with my son on long-term/permanent basis. How can I take the money (from the sale of the house) outside Pakistan.

Please guide me with a step-by-step, complete and legally correct procedure. Jazak Allah and thanks in advance.

It’s not easy or even possible in the current climate.
You have to purchase currency from the open market and there are stringent limits like 100k USD per year. Even when you purchased from the open market, the bank would need SBP authorization to remit funds abroad.

You can only send PKR abroad for medical or study purposes.
