Pak navy farmhouse scheme

Assalam u aleikum

We are very interested in purchasing a 5 kanaal farmhouse in pak naval farms schemes. We are interested in moving there as a family.

Can you all please advice and guide us whether it is a family friendly place.

How is the simly dam road traffic if we need to go to the blue area or to a hospital during the peak hours.

Are there any other development. We cannot afford gulberg greens. They are not in our budget anymore.

The Farm House in ISB or adjacent territories that could be considered as Family Friendly after Gulberg are:

-- Multi Residencia and Orchards (Multi's Project)
-- Naval Farm Houses (Navy's Project)

Keeping Multi aside for now.

- Naval Farms have picked up on pricing to almost more than 50 - 70% growth in last 2 years.

- Secure but needs more population as after Maghrib the place starts to feel less lively

- Access for now is a not so bad, not so good but continuously improving. Considering their proximity to BE, PVC, IMT with a few minutes drive once you reach PVC or BE access is as good or as bad as for BE and PVC. Traffic is all fine, though road conditions from Naval Farms to PVC is the main issue (approximately 3 - 4 KM/7 - 10 Minutes). Peak hours no issue, late night travel slight concern on that 3 - 4 KM patch with surrounding villages.

After Gulberg, Naval Farms is the best option. Considering in Gulberg many Farm Houses privacy being compromised due to High Rise Commercials surrounding them, Naval are set to grow.

Other option can be lets say a 4 Kanal Land with Registry in Bani Gala Area.

Yes Bani Gala is good, scenic, green, cool and land prices are less than Gulberg Green.
But one has to know the difference between " Shamalat" & " Haqooq e Shamalat" to own the property on one's name.
One fact must be remembered: Farm houses in city areas are not factual farm houses..they are just collection of cement & steel and some trees around..you cannot keep a single farm house must animal in for example in GG..
Farm houses away from city in rural areas are real but n veeranas, broken access roads and no gated setup, if it does then still security threat cannot be over ruled.
They are just a weekend family trip/functions in day light. Not suitable for permanent family living.

Thank you for your response. We had enquired from the admin office of Naval Farmhouse on the limitation of animals . They have said 1 cow,1 goat and unlimited number on poultry :slight_smile: we are not interested in a “city farmhouse” .

Given the feedback here we are thinking maybe the best option is to go forb land purchase in Sector E Naval Farms … on file at the moment. And purchase a small house in Bahria Enclave and from there we begin a very gradual transition. However, my family is pretty determined to insh sha Allah make the final plunge for living on a farmhouse!! And Allah knows best
