I sold my property of 3 kannals. According to the written contract the purchases was suppose to pay with in 8 months. Its 2 months over and the purchaser is still not even to pay half.
What should i do? Does legally now the contract is finished and his paid amount confiscated? The property now values much more than when i sold and i no longer want to sell it to him, as i wanted to sell it because i needed money and now i dont find the need to sell.
Can somebody explain to me how do i go from here?

It all depends upon your signed agreement with the other party. If the agreement as such then you are not bound to sell the land any more.

Is there any offical procedure to null the agreeement ? or the agreement stands null if not fullfilled ?
