I was an avid reader of the forum for a couple of months until I decided to join. Firstly I want to congratulate you all on keeping the forum alive and giving interesting insights into the happenings in the Pakistani real estate market.
I had a question regarding the PECHS Society near the New Islamabad Airport regarding its future prospects. From what I have read and seen in this forum most of people are leaning more towards Top City and Mumtaz City for obvious reasons (current road plans and airport access) but do you think that PECHS will not gain ground at all with the opening of the airport. Is it it going to be a dead investment and big loss for people like me who have already invested which in my case was 7 - 8 months ago.
From the marketing campaigns and the development level it seems that it is one of the best if not the best in the current societies close to the airport.
Also there are a lot of speculations especially regarding Top City as information regarding the development (who is doing it, when are they planning to give ownership, who is the owner etc) are not really clear.
I will like to read your opinions on these points.
Yes reality chek you are right regarding topcity and mumtaz too much is still not clear but pechs has the same case as well eg train passage and soil and water etc.so many questions yet not clear.let see.
Its not at all dead investment...it will surely have an positive impact when the new airport becomes operational..just be patient and hold your plot if u can!!!

Its a good society and in my opinion it will be batter then top city when new air port opens unless top city do some very brilliant development which is not on ground till present and pechs has land and decent development .it has a good future but a million dollar question is the access to new air port from society which is very important for its success

The map I saw showed M block in very close proximity with airport entry…but u cannot depend on some map to make such decisions…its really a wait and see thingy right now…I personally like M block but im skeptic right now…

In my opinion PECHS has more edge than other nearby societies.
Allah knows better what will happen in future....but till now, PECHS is more better regarding development works , little bit construction & construction of road. K Block has already possession while M block will take some time.

No doubt it has good infrastructure and good development standard as compare to top city where there is nothing solid on the ground. But million dollar question is its access. If pechs does not have any access to KH then what will be its use?

Karachi PECHS is much expensive even then islamabad Porsche sectors this society nationally very much appreciated dont know why in islamabad its value isn’t appreciated might be not good in dealers network like multi bahria and DHA …
PECHS is very good society but in the hand of very bad dealers.
If some good reputation dealers will come in this society then you will see big change.
Mian Brothers has spoiled this society. The pechs management should look into it and do something.

What is bad thing in Mian Brother? What they are doing with people . I could not understand weather they charge much or doing somethning else wrong with clients please share it becoz i contact then one or two time.
And second if the road pass through haji camp then Impact on pechs will be little then Top City and Mumtaz city becoz pechs has access to fateh jang road will connet to airport while the other two will take boom if kashmir highway get extend... Any other expert opinion....
