I have heard that prices are good at the subject town. Around Rs 120,000 for a marla. Can anyone give insight is it a good idea to buy there?
Any good or bad points. Need to make a decision soon.

I am living here from last 12 years and I want to get out from this place. No proper road and sewerage system. Colony is not very much populated, it is also far from main city. If you are working in Sadder Rawalpindi, then it's okay, rest if you are working in Islamabad then living here will be a real pain. Only benefit here is that you can buy cheap plot and build your own home here.
