Can you guys guide me a bit, as i wants to invest in alghurair giga (defence tower) in dha (3 room apartmnet), is it a good investmetn, will there be any valubale returns in future, will there be any good returns after 2 to 3 years, i live abroad and the money is a relly hard earned money, please please do advise ?

As per my study, Al Ghurair Giga Group seems reasonable. It is also involved in the development of World Trade Centre in Islamabad.
So, the apparent look of the project seems reasonable to me for investment, but i am not really sure about the exact location and nearby amenities, which impact a lot on the price rise.
