I'm an overseas Pakistani and wishing to have a sort of holiday home in Islamabad. We will personally use the property once a year, but family and friends may use it during the year.
Some initial thoughts are 3 bedrooms 2 car parking spaces on 1 kanal plot and area wise not sure but DHA Valley, Bahria Enclave or any other place with better outlook for future capital gain.

Well for holiday home check out bahria golf city pre-constructed villas … I guess a 12-14 marla villas costs around ~2.5 - 3cr there sheraton hotel is being constructed there and it will become a excellent place for holiday home … And good for overseas pakis coz bahria will provide secuirty and easy maintaince etc…
