As an overseas Pakistani with a dream to have a House in Pindi/ISB, but with lot of confusions where to buy a plot?
I have no issue in approach to GT road or ISB etc.
Looking for good environment, solid land, acceptable populated block, open and good air block.
Plot size -8 - 10 Marla
Plot budget - 1.30 cror max
Comparing block myself - BT Phase 8, Rafi, H, I, E, L
DHA Phase 5 blocks
