I would like to buy a plot either 250 or 500 squares in sector D-2/3. Would you tell me pros and cons? Reasons being same sized plot in sectors which I preferred like e11 or f10 are way expensive and I did not want to go far off like DHA etc. My objective is to construct my own house in 2 yrs from now. Big question is will this sector be fully developed eventually like F10 or e11 and when?
