Aoa everyone,
I want a suggestion from experts.
I have 20 lac and I want to invest these in either Washma Centre F-17 Islamabad (apartment) or in Gulberg Islamabad Scheme which will be better in terms of profit after 5 years or if any you know is better please do tell.

Saif none is advisable…neither Guilberg nor the apartments…coz Gulberg is a still failure…and instead of apartments…it is always better to invest in a land/ plot… My suggestion is go for 10 marla plot in Top City…and 8 Marla plot in DHA Valley.
I would advise to go for 10 marla plot in TopCity and one plot in AWT.

Investing in Gulberg due to fake news in news papers plus media hype, over rates scheme and flop team of Star Marketing, always markets the projects which are a failure later, would be a very bad decision, F-17 Washma is good option but you can not compare it with a piece of land. You must buy a 5 marla plot in DHA valley, plus a 10 marla plot in F block, Top City 1, Islamabad for a period of 2-3 years.

Dont agree with opinion about gulberg mr saif just go and visit gulberg once and decied yourself,you will be surprised by quality of work and if you cant go open google earth and you can see development,only one drawback is the gulberg expressway between gren and resedentia is not good its a huge project and invest in the area which is developed already like h i i will suggest you visit go at spot and than decied you can get 10 or 14 marla plot from the market in this price.
