How much difference is there between the Prices of Plots on zameen and actual selling prices?

That depends on the plot location and some sellers are more open to negotiations, so prices on Zameen are ballpark sum.
zameen prices are just for rough idea, these are not accurate and sometime more than 10% higher than the actual price. do visit that specific area by your self and and check the rates with onsite dealers. In my experience the onsite dealer office has less rates compared to zameen or other 3rd party dealers.
