I have been told that possession of Bahria Karachi plots will be with in couple of years while installments will be ongoing, is this true?
If development is not completed so how they give possession.That’s every society works like this.
Its too early to predict, even Bahria Town might not be sure about it.

Definitely wrong information. Bahria kept 5-years installment plan so people dont expect possession earlier than that. Karachi people would be lucky if they get possession even after 5-years.
But i think eve if he give possession after 5 years, its worth while. The values of plot will definitely go up as per its previous record

It is possible that Bahria develop a small portion of the site and handover limited possessions to show good reputation. As, Bahria already did in Enclave-1 in the year 2012. They handed over possessions for some plots before the completion of installments.
Same strategy may also be used in Karachi project.
