For the first time since its launch in 1989, all concerned authorities i.E. Cda, federal govt and islamabad high court are showing keen interest in development of this sector and a lasting solution of matter pertaining to compensation to original land owners. This sector has the potential to match d-12 in terms of prices (though i hope that development standards are much higher than d-12).
It is quite positive that CDA is finally focusing on this stalled sector now. I am really interested in knowing about any developments here. Will appreciate if anybody has links, details, updates regarding this.
