Please discuss about the traditional construction (brick, column type construction) and precast type (readymade wall or panel and slab/hollow core) and also mention advantage and disadvantage.

• labor 15 to 30 per day 5 to 10 per day
• cost supposed to 6 million 3 million
Occupy/rent after year 4 months
Please noted that the precast concrete are using for villas and also high rise building in arab countries
I agree with all your points.But there are only few companies who deal in precast houses. (One in islamabad that i know of) even they suggest to have this done on the first floor. If you want your full house done than the cost of that is more or less 30% less than average house.But than with lack of experience here it would be very risky to gamble on 30% savings. I did allot of research on this and my conclusion was that tried and tested ways are much better only due to lack of experienced labor and material.
Dear Sir, yes Lack of experience, for precast we have to keep two teams, one for factory experience staff plus skill labors and labor and second for erection.
