This is to inform you that I bought 2xBahria Homes confirmed from Prism Estate in Feb 2014. I paid extra charges for confirmation.
Now after balloting I have not been successful for both homes (Bahria Homes). Prism has been making promises to me from last 1 month claiming they have some problem going on with Bahria and it will be sorted in 1-2 days now these 1-2 days have not arrived from last one month.
Can anyone suggest what should I do now, I have letter in writing from them that if both homes are not successful after balloting they will give me double money.

Prism will buy you a home from the market,as prices are going down everyday so they ll fetch you from the market at the last minute,before installement
secondly they have had some payment issues going on with bahria as well,that must be another reason for these setbacks

They should give u double money back. Simple as that.
They are not a small name, they might be having some technical issues in or with Bahria Town, they will sort it out for sure.
Currently, Bahria can not move forward without Prism or Newyork estate, they are strong enough.
PRISM should convey deadline to TIGER to resolve the matter and TIGER should also give them a chance till that date. If PRISM failed to resolve the matter with in due time, then TIGER should claim double money legally.

they hav taken money from innocent ppl n but not paid 2 BT in full rather
claim/adjust their BE2 rebate in BTK project from BT thus the issue of payment is caused
im facing this problem as transfer is not being done even after issuance of NDC n being fooled by seller n BT with lame excuse of data/record mismanagement

Why will i be angry on trivial matter? I was just narrating the facts. He will be powerful to get his own part of justice otherwise everyone know our country’s court and justice system.
I have already agreed a date with Prism owners to be of 25th April. They claim that if they cannot resolve this issue by 25th April they will buy my 2 Bahria homes from the market.
I am not very keen on this deal as they should simply return me the double as agreed and consented in writing at the time of deal.
If they can provide you with ur desired homes, then that is ok on their part by 25th April.
