Property agent without an office

I would like to buy and sell properties mainly through online without a property office to save the cost of running the business. I am very new in this business. Could anyone in this forum advise me how to go about it? And if there is any risk involved in this business.

Generally people like to see real man while dealing on real estate. You can engage a person online but you need to meet him ultimately somewhere.

My suggestion would be to initially make a very low cost, small size office after you have learned buying / selling procedures and documentation etc.

I was started 1 year ago without any office but i do my homework about land and i make deals without office but now started with someone because office is very very necessry
