My dad passed away 10 years ago, and we have been fighting with our uncle since 8 years in high court. He want to take 45% from my dad's property. We are actually 5 daughters and the lawyer is mentioning each and everything in the favour of my uncle, according to our Islamic point of view, only 16% of the property belongs to the siblings of the person after death.
But I need your advices too. Please support your answers with valid comments, really need them.

This man should feel a bit shameful at least for trying to take even 1% from 5 of his orphan nieces.
