I heard from some religious resources that "property investment is haram, this is a type of zakhira andozi, which is haram,from this evil practice the intention of investor is to increase the prices of property or plot etc…Explain pls.

Really? to these maulvis, only thing not haram is keeping women under burqas, marrying young girls, making lot of children, eating halwa, passing fatwas, dividing ppl and so on…
Everything is Haram, which Maulvies cannot do. If they could study beyond 10th grade or buy plots, they would have been the biggest proponents of Real Estate investing. Since they themselves cannot do it, so its Haram. Just like initially loudspeakers were Haram during British rule; when only Goras had them--but now, a maulvi will die without a loudspeaker.
If you are doing it with Halal earnings, have fun. Real estate is not a consumable commodity and there is abundant land in Pakistan other than your plots.
Look like rest every thing going perfect in this country, only thing remaining to be worried about is if property investment is Haram or Halal.
Haram i think if you gamble with files. Y don’t you check the resources yourself to clear your doubts.
The religious from you here this “property investment is haraam” totally wrong ,there are alot of examples in this world which indicates us a correct way mthe rain falls on all part of earths but only watering zameen will survive and gave beter result that we want so when there is no way to people to earn money they blamed others to stop earning means greed is curse

IF money is belong to you than what ever you want to buy, Islam has NO restriction at all, even if you buy whole STATE, their is misconception and i am believed 101% that without rich people our country and our people will Not survive, so my humbly request, IF you have money INVEST in our beloved country, through proper channel (though its difficult), but IN' SHAH ALLAH, you will get the reward.
Many business are waiting for the INVESTORS, i.e. Franchise School, College, Franchise - Wood co. Like Interwood, Dealership of TUF-TILES etc...

yes if you daily trading on files may it's haram.If you purchased land from qabza group may it's haram otherwise investment on proper and clean land is no haram.Allah knows best.
