As per news circulating in the media for the last 2 months, it was speculated that property prices will see a downfall after budget. And as per some property dealers with whom i had a conversation, prices are at standstill right now, some say they have fallen. I would like to ask experts here about the situation in near future especially in lahore.
Mostly active forum members are from Islamabad and contribute generally on societies in twin cities. However in general prices have not fallen down in most societies and cities .
There are less buyers available in the market so if someone in need want to sell his property on urgent basis may reduce price and below market price rest .mostly buyers and investors have good holding power in reputed societies especially for the possession and developed plots.
