Hi, I have two residential plots in Regi Model town Peshawar with below details:
- 10 marla plot, Sector E1, Zone 2
- 5 marla plot, Sector F2, Zone 2
Can anyone advise regarding the current market value of the above plots? Do you suggest holding these for a few months or should I sell these and invest somewhere else? I am personally inclined to investment the sales proceed somewhere in Isb/Rwp. Please advise. Thanks.
