I am interested in purchasing a plot in e-19. Please suggest me should i purchase a plot in subjet society. What is the price of 1 kanal/ 10 marla plot in e-19 and is it worth buying there?
I spoke to a few sellers. They were unsure of development status. Also it's on open agreement I.e not transferable.

I heard it was a scam due to development politics similar to Park Enclave and Roshan Pakistan. But have no idea whats going on, prices are fairly cheap.

Some development is going on near awt you can see from Google earth. But definitely its very slow some times hedging had been done by investors to get quick profit. Overall society is not good.
