Rameez sb, before commenting on your question, I would like to tell you about this Nadeem Ahmed. He has purchased plot in B-17 (Multi) in 2013 at peak time by following BHEER CHAAL. Now, the prices have dropped as the hike was artificial and he is now weeping at every other thread. You will see him doing negative propaganda against Multi and Faisal Town projects. He has nothing else to say against the projects in itself. You can go through the mentioned threads and you will not find any logic or facts in his threads other than just WEEPING.
Now coming to your question. Faisal Town A Block has all the NOCs from RDA, NHA, CAA, IESCO etc. Block A possession is expected by this year. 30x60 plot was launched at 18 lacs three years back and now prices are more than 30 lacs at the moment. Good location plots are even 35 plus.
Faisal Residencia was recently launched about 4 months back. The location is good just between Cabinet E-17 and Multi F-17. It is under CDA. They have applied for CDA approval, which is still under process. They have some land but not the whole land has been acquired as yet.
In F-17 the 30x60 price is 42 plus. So, once developed the Faisal Residencia, you can see the potential.
This is my personal view, you must do all due diligence and research before making any financial transactions.
PS I don't hold any investment in Faisal Town, Faisal Residencia, or Multi at the moment.
