Hope you all are fine. Please suggest which sector is better for investment (plot size 30*60) on installaments in islamabad?? If i invest and hold it for next 4 to 5 years.
Sector f-18 (faisal town) or sector e-17 (faisal residencia)
As i am not from islamabad so please also please suggest which sector has better location f-18 (rda sector) or e-17 (cda sector)?

I think Faisal Residencia(E-17) will be better. It will be directly connected to main G.T road through entrance of E-17 (Cabinet) as well as to F-17 on other side. Also it has a better location as it is near to Markets of Tarnol and is comparatively near to Rwalpindi/Islamabad. So its location and access is more better.

Rameez sb, before commenting on your question, I would like to tell you about this Nadeem Ahmed. He has purchased plot in B-17 (Multi) in 2013 at peak time by following BHEER CHAAL. Now, the prices have dropped as the hike was artificial and he is now weeping at every other thread. You will see him doing negative propaganda against Multi and Faisal Town projects. He has nothing else to say against the projects in itself. You can go through the mentioned threads and you will not find any logic or facts in his threads other than just WEEPING.
Now coming to your question. Faisal Town A Block has all the NOCs from RDA, NHA, CAA, IESCO etc. Block A possession is expected by this year. 30x60 plot was launched at 18 lacs three years back and now prices are more than 30 lacs at the moment. Good location plots are even 35 plus.
Faisal Residencia was recently launched about 4 months back. The location is good just between Cabinet E-17 and Multi F-17. It is under CDA. They have applied for CDA approval, which is still under process. They have some land but not the whole land has been acquired as yet.
In F-17 the 30x60 price is 42 plus. So, once developed the Faisal Residencia, you can see the potential.
This is my personal view, you must do all due diligence and research before making any financial transactions.
PS I don't hold any investment in Faisal Town, Faisal Residencia, or Multi at the moment.

You also have to look at MPCHS B-17 & F-16 , CDA Sector E-16. These are the best place to invest. If you want to buy a plot you can buy it on cash and installments by Saeban Buiders.

Qura andazi is on December 18 now. Should I invest in FR. My personal experience of investment in FT was wonderful as I bought file there with 6 lacs profit on it and now my plot has offer of 35lacs. So Should I go for FR for same experience.
Shabir sb, if you have the holding power,then there is no reason for not investing in FR... The profit are very low at the moment, as it has to go a long way in the future.

FR ka NOC abhi tak nhe mila.... It is under process at CDA....
Development work in FT B Block is going on for roads and other allied infrastructure....
One good news is that, Zedem has applied to RDA for revised map of FT, including B Block and future extensions.... RDA has publication a public notification for comments/ objections for people... Hope they get the revised NOC,,,, it will be great achievement...
